i've decided it's time to get in shape
from the comfort of my own home!

i'm simply scouring the internet for workout videos i feel target areas i want to work on--and are at a level i feel comfortable starting.

my goal is to get in shape and work my way up to more rigorous routines. i didn't set a weight goal for myself. i'm simply going to take a photo once a month and hope that i see gradual changes as i strive to lead a healthy lifestyle!
